I welded in a piece of flat bar for a seat pan mount. I used some masking tape across the frame tubes to mark the existing holes in the seat pan. Drilled holes then welded in nuts on the back side. I'm using a counter sunk head fastener to bolt down the seat pan so it sits flush under the seat pad.
