Chad Reed is GNARLY and super lucky. First lap of the 2nd moto, he just took the lead then gets bucked off as he goes off the lip of a jump. He gets ejected high into the air and rag dolls to the ground. It's amazing he wasn't hurt and even more amazing he gathers himself and gets back into the race. That lap he crossed the line in 34th and raced back to 14th by the end of the moto. He won the first moto so his 1-14 moto scores gave him 5th overall and he maintained his points lead!
Up to this year I was never a huge Reed fan but with his new team and his new open approach to the media I've become a big Reed supporter. Saturday's crash and race have definitely made me a bigger fan
